Tried altering every variable mentioned in the instructions (buffing time, buffing direction, number of drops), and tried all of these configurations on both an iPhone 4 with one relatively large scratch on the screen as well as an iPod classic with a screen that was covered in very small, very shallow scratches (just in case the product worked better in one case than in the other).
This product did NOTHING.
I'm not so much upset that I can't get a refund for my purchase of iDrops (purchased directly from their website), but rather the 3-4 hours I wasted trying in vain to get this product to do ANYTHING at all except "be an ineffective blue liquid."
The only way I could give a worse review of this product is if it actively did harm to my iPhone or iPod - as it is, iDrops just wastes your time.
If you are looking for something to clean the *back* of an iPod or iPhone, you may want to look for a product called "IceCreme" - I cannot endorse the product, since I have not tried it myself, however unlike iDrops the manufacturer of IceCreme will give you your money back if you find it does not work.

This is an incredible product. I had read both positive and negative reviews before ordering, and was not sure. My white MacBook laptop had acetone spillt on its lid, spoiling the acyrilic surface and I scratched even more trying to remove the stains. The resultant stratches looked dark on the white lid, like black/grey and matte.
This product was for stratches and polishing, yet it removed both stratches and stains by just rubbing in gently for a while. All you do is repeatedly rub in a few drops, for say half an hour/45 mins while watching tv. It is easy, great results instantly. I'm very pleased with the result.
Shipment to Turkey has been really quick too.

I contacted the seller regarding use on an HP iPAQ 211 but they had no information on this screen type. I contacted HP and they were unable to tell me what the screen material was - so I took a chance. It worked extremely well removing multiple minor scratches and some deep scratches where I once used a ballpoint pen to write on the surface. It took about 30 minutes but the screen is like new again. My wife used it on some reading glasses and was also delighted with the results. This is a great product.
